Information we process

This audio guide is designed to work without requesting personal data. It has no user registration and no forms collecting identifying data. Usage preferences (favourite points, saved routes and language) are stored only on your own device (browser local storage) and are not sent to or kept on our servers.

If you contact Patrimonio Nacional through the available channels, we will process the data you provide solely to handle your request.

Legal basis

Where processing takes place, it is based on the performance of a task carried out in the public interest and on the consent of the data subject, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
